The Industrial Situation of Yixingfu Town

    The area of Yixingfu Town is 22 square meter with 140 thousand persons. Beichen hign-tech park is situated there with 13.54 square meters. There are 355 industrial enterprises, among which 48 are joint venture enterprises, 72 are outside tow n's invested enterprises and 150 private enterprises. The industry income in 2002 was 3.83 billion RMB with 802 millions' industry added value. The GDP of this town was 1.16 billion RMB.

    There are seven industries in this town: rubber industry, mechanical and electrical industry, metallurgical industry, medical and chemical industry, communication equipment industry, non-mental and mine industry, beverage industry and so on. Three big groups are built: Tianshili Group, Wanda Group, Sanqian Group, which become the pillar of this town.

    Tianjin Beichen Scientific Land ( Yixinggfu Industrial land) is situated in the east of Beijinwei Road with the area of 3.14 square meters. It is 6 km from the center of the city and 1 km from the entrance of Jingjintang highway. It is 100 km from Beijing and 10 km from Tianjin international airport. This town has a good position. Under the leadership of the Party Committee of Beichen District and the government of Beichen District, this town has built 246 thousand square- kilometers standard factories with the investment of 18 million RMB. 81 thousand mi road have been improved with virescence. Among the 72 industrial enterprises in this industrial land, the sale income reach 1.65 billion RMB with the taxation of 250 million RMB , profit of 170 million RMB and added value of 330 million RMB. By the end of 2002, 37 new projects have been signed, seven of which were more than 10 million RMB' projects , 22 of which were 5million RMB 'projects.
